The Opportunity
We are hiring an Area Growth Executive (Field Role) to strengthen our retail network in Delhi NCR.
This is not a desk job.
This is market work.
Real stores. Real targets. Real growth.
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
What You’ll Be Responsible For
As an Area Growth Executive, you will be the face of ZENPUFF in the market.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding and managing retail outlets in assigned territories
- Achieving monthly sales and outlet expansion targets
- Building strong retailer relationships to drive repeat orders
- Ensuring brand visibility and in-store execution
- Sharing weekly performance updates and local market insights
You will play a direct role in expanding our footprint and increasing brand visibility across Delhi NCR.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone who understands FMCG field dynamics and has prior experience in the segment.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Prior FMCG field sales experience
- Strong understanding of Delhi NCR retail ecosystem
- Two-wheeler preferred for field movement
- Good communication and negotiation skills
We value execution, consistency, and market understanding more than theory.
Compensation & Growth
